A Wonderer...
I've seen him, he's like fire and ice and rage.
He's like the night, the storm and the heart of the sun....
I know a man, a lonely man. A wonderer. He wonders, travels, throughout time and space. He goes wherever he chooses, wherever he feels.
Sometimes he winds up places that he never indented to go.
And sometimes, he never lands at all.
He wonders along time and space in a little blue box. The TARDIS he calls it.
If you look closely at the stars you can sometimes see it, floating by.
It's his home... Sometimes, it's all he has left.
A thing that looks like a police box standing in a junk yard
It can move anywhere in time and space...
But the thing is, no matter where he goes, no matter how far he runs
Trouble will always find him... Or sometimes the over way round.
He has fought so many monsters that he has probably lost count.
So many enemies... So many battles.
Not all of them have been won, but he always manages to set things right. In the end.
He has not only saved lives, but whole civilizations, planets, universes, even reality itself.
He has saved your lives so many times so many times and you never even knew he was there
He never stops, he never stays, he never asks to be thanked...
But he has been responsible for so many deaths, so many lives, and it haunts him, to this day.
It's why he's alone, it's why he's a wonderer.
How many more? Just think, how many have died in your name?
...The man who keeps running, never looking back because he dare not, out of shame.
His whole planet burned to nothingness, his race lost in a war. And his friends dead.
No wonder he's alone
Such a lonely little boy, lonely then and lonelier now...
But he doesn't always save the world alone...
He has friends, companions.
They are all drawn by the danger and the adventure that awaits them...
“Is it always this dangerous?”
“Oh yes!”
Do you wanna come with me? 'Cause if you do, then I should warn you — you're gonna see all sorts of things. Ghosts from the past, Aliens from the future The day the Earth died in a ball of flame. It won't be quiet, it won't be safe, and it won't be calm. But I'll tell you what it will be: the trip of a lifetime!
Wherever he goes, his companion, his friend, is not too far behind.
I've met a man, a time traveller, a hero, a wonderer.
He's a magical man, full of mystery, excitement and adventure.
I've seen him.

What do all the Doctors think of River?
(Author's Note: It's best to read this with each Doctor's different voice in mind.)
It was one of those times when all the Doctors met, they'd established "Contact" to bring all of themselves up to speed, but, somehow, the subject had drifted onto River. It was probably 11's fault.
One: She's quite a lively girl...
Two: Spry...
Three: Energetic...
Four: Mad...
Five: Rash...
Six: Outrageous...
Seven: Crafty...
Eight: Determined...
Nine: Annoying...
Ten: A Know-it-All...
Eleven smiled in his head, nodding at the cantankerous voices. "I'm glad we all agree...
"She's perfect for us."

Marathon
River blew out her breath and plopped down on her bum, she pulled off her boots and started massaging her feet. “Ungh! I am never entering a marathon with you again,” she said.
The Doctor ran in place, bouncing lightly, cooling down. Breaths puffing evenly, bowtie still tied. “It wasn’t that bad.”
She glared up at him. “Sweetie, I will do a lot to see you in shorts.” She glared down at his trousers. “But running 10 kilometers among a group of aliens who consider surviving the race to be an accomplishment, that’s a bit much.”
He grinned at her. “They are a bit cutthroat. You

The Downside of Dreams, chap. 1
John stood.
He stood stock still.
His lips were slightly puckered. His eyes were narrowed. His entire body was wound so tight it felt like it was going to shatter at any minute.
And he could tell that his was making Sherlock just a little uncomfortable.
The detective stood in John's flat, in all his trademarked dignity: dark grey peacoat with the collar characteristically turned up, hands stuffed into the deep pockets. A deep blue scarf tied around his neck, a splash of colour against his black suit jacket and white shirt. Dark umber curls flowing in spirals over his head, which he held high and mighty, like he always did. His face stoic

This is my first Doctor Who fanfiction, well not really fanfiction, more like fan poetry. But I like it
The bits in italic are quotes from either his companions, or enemies or himself.
Also, I know that after the 50th anniversary, Gallifrey has techinicly been saved but I'm writing about pre-50th, so shhh!
Anyway, I hope you liked it, even though its short

This is awesome! I love how you quoted Doctor Who quotes from some of the episodes I was watching Doctor Who the day before yesterday and I was watching "The Sound of Drums" where David Tennent was the Doctor. I love that episode!
